Oceanic Management Co., Ltd. was started back in 1977, when one of the co-founders was responsible for supervising engineering structures of majors infrastructures in the Middle East.In 2000, the team moved to South East Asia and since than has been involved in developing private residential properties, including apartments, condominium units and private villas on the island of Phuket, Thailand.
Oceanic Management Co., Ltd. is divided into sections with each taking responsibility for separate parts of the project.
Oceanic Global Co. Ltd. owns the property ‘Kata Ocean View Residence’, eight luxury residential apartments with sea view completed last October 2007.
Oceanic Global Living Co. Ltd. has developed Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #2, a complex of 24 sea view apartments with pool completed last February 2009.
Oceanic Global Estate Co., Ltd. is developing Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #3’ comprising of 21 sea view apartments with pool to be completed by February 2010.
Oceanic Global Horizon Co., Ltd. is about to start up a new 40 sea view apartments watching at Kata Beach sunset. This project will be completed and the keys handed over to the new owners by December 2011.
