The success of Oceanic Group’s projects is credited to their experienced team who are passionate and dedicated to their work. Oceanic Global Group (Oceanic Global) was started back in 1977, when one of the co-founders was responsible for supervising engineering structures during the construction of Bandar Abbas Port in the Persian Gulf, Iran.
After this the team moved onto the construction of the 13 km water supply system in Rieti and an 11 km railway tunnel in Florence, Italy. Assisting in the construction of the underground subway in Caracas, Venezuela, they also contributed to the 250m high Guavio Dam in Colombia. Since then many other projects in South America and Europe have verified their dedication and sophistication in design and construction.
In 2000, the team moved to South East Asia and has been involved in developing private residential properties, including apartments, condominium units and private villas on the island of Phuket, Thailand.
Oceanic Global is divided into sections with each taking responsibility for separate parts of the project. Oceanic Global Co. Ltd. owns the property ‘Kata Ocean View Residence’, eight residential apartments with sea view completed last October 2007. Oceanic Global Living Co. Ltd. owns the property ‘Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #1’, a complex of 24 sea view apartments with pool. This project will be completed and the keys handed over to the new owners by November 2008. Oceanic Global Estate Co., Ltd. owns the latest project ‘Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #2’ comprising of 19 sea view apartments with pool to be completed by November 2009.
