Demand for property on the increase as Asia – based expats look to Phuket

A big  interest from Russian buyers and other expats working and living in Hong Kong and Singapore has helped property sales in Phuket speed up. While buyers from  markets such as the UK are still feeling the financial restraints of the  global financial crisis.
